Manhattan’s Clinton Street begins lower than the Lower East Side before moving through the LES, transforming into the bohemian Avenue B as it makes its way through the East Village (and as a component of Alphabet City). I’m certain I want to take another crack at this route, but for now enjoy the walk, block-by-block:
